Borrow Cupid's Wings

I saw this at a bus stop awhile ago. The photo didn't come out as well as it seemed when I looked at the back of the camera. That's rare, usually it looks worse on that tiny LCD.

In the time between when I took this photo and the posting of this photo, the sentence has been washed away. In typing it for easier reading (because the photo didn't come out so well), I did my best to preserve the original spellings and punctuation.
