Isn't that uncomfortable?

The Brookfield Zoo recently had baby Bactrian camels, so I had to go down to that exhibit to see them. While there, I saw this guy (gal?) lying around. My companion also noticed him, and we wondered if lying with his back legs at that odd angle was uncomfortable or cut off circulation. Then we noticed that one of the other adults and one of the babies was doing it, so we concluded it must be a totally normal camel position.
