Dandelions

I've never understood the hatred for dandelions, and that was even before I learned they're edible. I've never had them, but I'm told that the flowers are pretty tasty (a fact my roommate's dog insists on attempting to confirm daily). The leaves are supposedly like spinach, but less bitter.

Me? I just think they're so pretty, especially on a green lawn.
