Consequences

In the tournament I helped out at, each round was 50 minutes long. Most people finished playing within that time frame, but every round there were between one and three games that did not. Apparently, if the game doesn't finish in time, the players are allowed to continue, but with a judge (in this case the head judge, John) watching every move. And, occasionally, it draws a crowd.
