Little brown jobPosted by Tasha (Chicago, United States) on 18 July 2008 in Animal & Insect. Mostly, I've posted this one because it's another mostly successful shot with my optical zoom. The title comes from Wayne, one of my Wildlife Ecology Professors in Kenya. We had to learn Kenyan birds, and when test time came we went out into the campus grounds and looked at birds. He promised us he wouldn't test us on "LBJs". Upon the look of confusing on many faces, he explained that it meant "Little Brown Jobs", and was what he and his fellows called them when dealing with them many moons prior.
